Self-Led Retreats
A Held Space for Listening, Rest, and Integration
Not all retreating needs to be guided.
Sometimes what is most needed is time, place, and permission.
Our self-led retreats are designed for individuals or small groups who feel called to step out of daily life and into a quieter relationship with themselves, the body, and the land — without a fixed schedule, curriculum, or performance of healing.
These retreats offer a supportive environment where structure is minimal, presence is central, and the body is allowed to lead.
A Different Kind of Retreat Space
These self led retreats are designed to support slowing, listening, and integration.
The space itself becomes the facilitator.
Nature, rhythm, simplicity, and care are intentionally woven into the environment so that guests can rest their nervous systems and return to a more organic sense of pace.
You are free to:
- rest deeply
- walk, sit, and listen
- write, draw, or make nothing at all
- be alone or connect gently with others
- follow what feels alive rather than what feels productive
There is no expectation to transform, resolve, or heal anything.
Who These Retreats Are For
Self-led retreats are especially supportive for those who:
- feel overwhelmed by highly structured or intensive retreats
- have done significant inner work and are in a phase of integration
- need space to listen rather than be guided
- are sensitive to group dynamics or spiritual hierarchy
- wish to reconnect with their body and intuition in their own timing
- Want to detox from their devices (we offer optional support)
They are also well suited for:
- couples or friends wanting quiet shared time
- small groups of practitioners or creatives
- facilitators, therapists, or leaders in need of restoration
- writers, artists, and thinkers seeking spaciousness
What Is Provided
While the retreat is self-led, it is not unsupported.
Each stay includes:
- a thoughtfully prepared, calm and welcoming space
- access to nature, walks and our wood fired hot tub.
- simple guidelines to support presence and respect
- optional somatic or contemplative practices to draw from as needed
Guests are free to use these offerings — or ignore them completely.
Choice is central.
