Woman, do you feel the call to reclaim your feminine power?

Do you feel the call to come home to your rested self?

Do you feel the call to restore your rhythmic cycles of wellbeing?

Do you feel the call to come home to your intuition and revitalise your embodied feminine essence?

Do you feel the call to practice to intuitive healing arts for female health and vitality?

Welcome to this training retreat experience to guide you back to your deep intuitive knowing through a programme of intuitive healing arts for life long female health, well-being and empowerment. This is a rematriation, a multi-dimensional nurturing of embodied wisdom. Yoni Shakti is our text book, and our bodies are our guides. This programme is more than a training course, — it’s a call to action for all women ready to reclaim their vitality and wisdom in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Re-awaken your intuition and reclaim your vitality. Reconnect to the wellspring of  deep intuitive knowing. Welcome wholeness and cyclical wisdom for yourself and others.

In capitalist cultures that overlook and exploit the profound power of feminine energy, it’s time to reconnect and embrace your whole self. Experience how trusting your embodied wisdom can liberate vitality and health for you and those you serve.

The Yoni Shakti Training is a nurturing and nourishing learning retreat where you are supported to advocate for intuition as a clear inner compass to guide you, and those you serve, back to wholeness and health. It is a profound exploration for personal and planetary well-being, held with love and nurture by our Yoni Shakti team.

Learn experientially to embody the wisdom of your deeply intuitive knowing. We share a practical programme of intuitive potent intersectional eco-feminist healing arts including primarily (but not exclusively) therapeutic yoga techniques to nourish and restore your energy and joyful connection to life:

Yoga Nidra

known as the yoga of sleep, is a guided practice that facilitates conscious sacred rest. This profound relaxation technique helps you reconnect with your inner guidance and intuition, offering deep mental and emotional restoration.

Yoni Shakti Yoga

involves gentle, rhythmic movements and therapeutic yoga practices designed to nurture the female body. These movements promote ease, strength, and comfort, helping you awaken and harmonise your vital feminine energy.

Ritual of Rematriation

is an honouring of the Earth, ancestors, and the Great Wisdom Goddesses. By integrating rematriation into your practice, you contribute to collective healing and justice, aligning with the cycles of nature and spirituality. As a part of this we include daily devotions though bhakti song and kirtan.

Cyclical Wisdom

focuses on aligning your practice with the rhythms of your life cycles, including menstruation, menopause, and seasonal changes. This approach fosters harmony with the lunar and seasonal cycles, supporting your overall well-being.

Sangha

is the practice of building a supportive community through circle time. This space allows for sharing, connection, and mutual support, enhancing your sense of belonging and collective healing.

Rematriated teaching methods

This cyclical training retreat is taught through stories, sharing and experiential learning by doing and by resting. We share wisdom through experiential anatomy, small shakti circles for connection and advocacy for intuition; yoga nidra for deep rest to recover your embodied wisdom, and bhakti (devotion) to rediscover your heartfelt connection to the pulse of life, and the flow of the life force energy through your being.

Rhythm of the RetreatEach day we will explore together a different theme that dives into specific siddhis (powers) of the female body and teachings of the Mahavidyas, powerful wisdom Goddesses. Woven throughout we celebrate the theme of reclaiming the tools of liberation and escape from internalised misogyny.

Is this course right for me?

Please know that you do not need to be a yoga teacher to do this course! This training is a deep retreat and empowerment for all those supporting (or wishing to support) women’s health and vitality. In the past we have welcomed many people to the course who are not yoga teachers, for example: doulas, midwives, women’s health physiotherapists, reflexologists, health coaches, psychologists and counsellors, doctors, acupuncturists, healers, massage therapists, medicine people and womb health workers of all traditions. If you have a personal practice of yoga and are feeling the call to join this course, please don’t hesitate – you are welcome! The practices of yoga therapy are very transferrable skills and we look forward to sharing them with you. The healing we can share through these practices is rooted in self-practice and intuitive knowing.

Sivani Mata

Sivani Mata is a student of Bhakti Yoga and began her journey with this practice through attending various Kirtan (chanting) evenings in London and on her travels. Particularly with family band GOMA, who inspired her to live in trust and bhakti spirit in all aspects of life. She began to lead Kirtan after spending New Year 2009 with Jai Uttal on his Kirtan camp, followed by a Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico at the Yandara Yoga Institute, where an incredible resident kirtan band, Jaya made chanting a key element. Since then Sivani has been running chanting circles and gatherings in the UK, and has released three kirtan albums produced by bhakti musical magician Tabla Tom: I AM (2012), Shakti Live (2015) and Surrender (2016). As well as her most recent release Jasmine Garden (2017) produced by the amazing Turkantam which blends Kirtan with mystic poetry. Sivani also shares Yoga Nidra, Women’s Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Shakti Dance with bhakti spirit, centring these practices in the heart to unveil ones true nature. Inspired by her Bhakti Practice, Sivani shares Yoga Nidra with bhakti spirit, centring the practice in the heart to unveil ones true nature, and often including mantra as part of the practice.
